Our roots date back to 2004, when the practice was founded by Andrew Pridell, one of the early specialists carrying out valuations under leasehold reform legislation. Since then, the firm has advised on thousands of cases for both leaseholders and freeholders, building a reputation for specialist knowledge, considered advice and a straightforward approach.
