Residential Property Valuations
We provide independent, RICS Red Book compliant residential valuations for a wide range of private and professional requirements. Every valuation is prepared by an experienced Chartered Surveyor with detailed knowledge of the local market.

What is the basis of the valuation?

Our valuations are prepared in accordance with the RICS Valuation – Global Standards (the Red Book), providing a defensible, market-tested assessment of the property's value for the purpose instructed.

Market Value :
the estimated amount for which the property should exchange on the date of valuation between a willing buyer and willing seller.

Purpose-led reporting :
each report is tailored to the specific requirement, whether for litigation, shared ownership, taxation or a private sale.

When might you need a valuation?

We regularly provide residential valuations for matrimonial and civil partnership disputes, shared ownership staircasing, private treaty sales, portfolio assessments, and for solicitors acting in conveyancing or litigation matters.

How is the valuation carried out?

A Chartered Surveyor inspects the property, assesses its condition and characteristics, and analyses comparable market evidence before preparing a formal, reasoned valuation report.
